Evaluation Process

ERAC has established a rigorous, criteria-based evaluation process whereby vendors can submit new products coming to market on an on-going basis and members and educational organizations can request ERAC to evaluate products that have come to their attention. Using BC classroom teachers as evaluators who have been trained by ERAC means that products that are placed into the online collection have met our standards and are appropriate for use in BC classrooms.

"ERAC provide us with a value that we couldn't get otherwise, especially when we're dealing with large corporations like Adobe and Microsoft. People like me are constantly being bombarded by vendors. I usually tell them to email me information and I look at it on a case by case basis, but I follow ERAC's lead."
