ERAC Short-Term Offers
ERAC will promote Short-Term Offers only for a four month period via:- A one-time-only listing in a single edition of E-Update
- A listing for a 4-month period on the password-protected ERAC Resource Collection, identified by a "Short-Term Offer" icon.
- A listing on a special Short-Term Offers section of the ERAC website.

ERAC Preferred Pricing Agreements
All ERAC Preferred Pricing Agreements will be offered a Standard ERAC Promotional Package which includes:- A customized announcement sent to each of our District contacts for distribution to the appropriate parties within their organizations.
- A posted announcement on the ERAC Agreements section of our website for the duration of the agreement.
- A webinar or Elluminate session to explain the product and the agreement
- A posted notice on our homepage for a period of two weeks and a second wave notice in month three of the offer.
- A brief announcement in our next monthly newsletter, linked to the detailed announcement on our website.
- Permission to use the ERAC Evaluated seal in vendor announcements regarding the agreement.
- Use of the "ERAC Evaluated" seal on vendor promotional materials.
- A listing in the ERAC Resource Collection.
- As appropriate, ERAC will either distribute information about the agreement at our booth or table at key education gatherings or invite the vendor to have a display in an area dedicated to ERAC vendor partners.

Premium Promotional Package
For agreements where discounts offer a clear and substantial financial benefit and where annual sales figures and participation rates become and remain significant, ERAC may, at its discretion, enhance the Standard Promotional Package to include:
- Rotation of an announcement on the agreement through the headlines on our webpage for an extended period.
- A feature story in at least one edition of E-Update showing the product in use in a school or schools making a positive impact on teaching/learning.
- Inclusion of a ‘reminder’ of the agreement in E-Update as appropriate, usually every other month or as significant deadlines approach.
