X STEP 1
When you register your company in ERIS you will receive your activation e-mail. Then, login to ERIS and enter new resources with key information. After your first login, update resources information you submitted previously.
X STEP 2
ERAC will process your entry and, in order to estimate the evaluation fee, will request two preview copies or access to web-based content for your resource.
X STEP 3
You will receive ERAC’s evaluation proposal with the fee, a schedule, the agreement and a reply date. At this point you may choose to go ahead with the evaluation process or withdraw from it.
X STEP 4
You send the signed agreement and fee payment to ERAC.
X STEP 5
ERAC completes the evaluation and compiles the resource report. At this point resources are either selected or not selected. If they are not selected you may simply end the process, file an appeal or revise the product and resubmit it for a further evaluation.
X STEP 6
ERAC lists selected resources in ERIS. Members can view a full product review.
X STEP 6a
ERAC negotiates with the vendor to provide ERAC pricing.
X STEP 7
ERAC announces the listing and full product review, along with the ERAC-negotiated member pricing.
