Details

The agreement covers three of the modules that are potentially of interest to school districts and schools.

Scheduling Module
Book King’s Scheduling Module is designed to optimize a school district’s or a school’s use of its facilities and resources through an intuitive interface. The Scheduling Module dynamically manages facilities and resources, searches for facility availability, sets facility approval and conflict rules, assigns services and resources, runs reports, prevents redundant data input, and manages client information. This module is available as an SaaS (online) or Traditional model.

It incorporates invoicing and reporting of all of the organization’s courses, events and activities. The Registration Module manages courses, locations, client information, enrollment, waitlists, teams, instructors, instructor payment, groups, and business information. This module is available as an SaaS (online) or Traditional model.
