Adobe Enterprise Agreement - LIMITED TIME OFFER
Great news! ERAC is in the process of preparing an amendment to the Adobe Enterprise Agreement (EA) on behalf of its members, allowing for significant savings on Adobe's Creative Suite Bundle and Optional Add-on Products like Adobe Premiere Elements and Adobe Creative Suite Production Premium. The license has a 3-year term with annual true-ups and invoicing. This agreement is priced based on Educator FTE counts for the Creative Suite Bundle and the Bundle can be installed on all District-owned devices. Optional Add-On Products are priced per device. If you have not previously signed on to this agreement but would like to do so, please contact ERAC immediately at info@bcerac.ca to express your interest. If you are already a subscriber but want to add additional licenses, you should also send a note to info@bcerac.ca

How Do I Access These Discounts?
This agreement is priced based on Educator FTE counts but the Creative Suite Bundle can be installed on all District-owned devices. Optional Add-On Products are priced per device. The license has a 3-year term with annual true-ups and invoicing.
ERAC will use the FTE counts published by the BC Ministry of Education annually on September 30, as we do with the Microsoft EDesktop agreement.
Important Ordering Information
- Because ERAC must place a single order and write a single cheque for all participating ERAC members, the agreement will be administered by a single Adobe reseller – Acrodex. All orders will be placed through Acrodex and members will be invoiced directly by Acrodex.
- ERAC member Districts that have recently signed Adobe Enterprise Agreements with resellers other than Acrodex will be able to access ERAC pricing in Years 2 and 3 of the agreements they have already signed but pricing for Year 1 will not be adjusted.
