Judy Dallas

Judy Dallas, ERAC’s Executive Director, has had a 34-year career in education. Judy has been a teacher, principal, and director of instruction for the Vancouver School Board. She has also worked under secondment for the Open Learning Agency (Open School), the Distance Education School Consortium, and spent nearly five years with the Ministry of Education in various leadership roles.

Barb Hyde, ERAC’s Executive Assistant, has been with the consortium since its start-up at the Vancouver School Board location and has 30-plus years of experience as clerical support, working in both the private and public sector.
Rick Withers

Rick Withers, who handles software initiatives for ERAC, has worked in the education technology and learning resource fields for over 30 years. Rick conceived ERAC in 2002, when significant changes in Ministry funding policy necessitated that BC school districts collaborate to identify, evaluate and acquire quality resources at volume-based prices. Rick has been involved with all aspects of ERAC’s activities since its formal inception in 2003.

Sherry Kallergis is a resource acquisition coordinator for ERAC. She has more than 25 years of experience in business operations in the private sector. Her focus includes purchasing, marketing and systems start-up.
Maryjanne Yusyp
Project Manager, Professional Learning & Training

Maryjanne Yusyp has been an educator for over 25 years. Now ERAC’s Project Manager, Professional Learning and Training, Maryjanne has served as a District Learning IT Consultant for Vancouver and has worked provincially as a curriculum co-ordinator for the BCDESC. She has also managed an online professional learning community for BCEDOnline and LearnNowBC. She has worked on several provincial committees including development of the BC Ministry ICTI Performance Standards and Distributed Learning Standards.
Barbara Anderson

Barbara Anderson, who coordinates people, events, meetings and reports, has worked in the Vancouver School District for eight years and previously in media for twenty years as a producer, writer and director. She has experience in the private, public and non-profit sectors.
Patricia Sheaves

Pat Sheaves works with ERAC as lead negotiator for large, province-wide software deals. She also provides leadership around strategic planning, business planning and marketing. Pat joined the ERAC team in January of 2009. She has a BA and an MBA from Memorial University of Newfoundland and has 25 years of experience working in both public education and the private sector.
Jennifer Gray-Grant

Jennifer Gray-Grant, who handles communications for ERAC, has a background in journalism and communications. She has experience in daily and weekly newspapers and radio in BC and Ontario. She worked as the education reporter for the Vancouver Sun, edited BC School Trustees Association’s newsletter and has handled communications work for a number of organizations. Jennifer has served with ERAC since 2004.

Omer Segoly joined ERAC in 2008 as an IT consultant/programmer; he is the go-to guy for any technology-related matters. Throughout the last two quarters of 2008, Omer put together the new ERAC website and worked on several other projects.
